Following a major corporate rebrand at Dillon Eustace, I was en charge of redesigning the visual identity for their learning platform, Academy, to align with the new company standards. To ensure the new identity met corporate goals I worked closely with the Marketing Manager, the IT Department, and internal legal teams.
I overhauled the entire asset suite, creating a new logo, certificates, digital banners, and a master graphics library. For the logo system, I integrated an olive branch icon from a brand-new icon suite developed by the primary rebranding agency. I then designed a scalable layout template – introducing a clean structural divider between the icon and typography – engineered to serve as the master framework for all of the firm’s future sub-brands.
To ensure long-term consistency, I developed a comprehensive brand guide, a master PowerPoint suite, and repeatable video templates for new course rollouts. Finally, to drive platform adoption, I partnered with the marketing team to design and execute a high-impact launch video alongside a promotional print flyer distributed at various corporate events.
